All about the properties for sale in Arabian Ranches

Arabian Ranches is a well known master community development, built by Emaar in Dubai. It’s famous for being one of the first of many freehold residential developments where properties for sale were open for purchase by non UAE nationals. It’s located right off the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Road interchange, with Global Village on one side and Motor City on the other.

The many properties for sale in Arabian Ranches have been designed tastefully and although it launched in the mid 2000s, it’s stll as modern as ever. Since Arabian Ranches is highly geared towards families, the houses are very big and spacious with plenty of room for any family to grow. Smaller families can enjoy the 3 and 4 bedroom villas whilst larger families will appreciate the size of the 5, 6 and 7 bedroom villas that can be found in Arabian Ranches. Residents enjoy garden views, privacy with high walls plenty of space between neighbours and private pools which are found in most properties in Arabian Ranches. Many families choose to buy a property for sale in Arabian Ranches as it offers an excellent lifestyle that is hard to beat in Dubai.

Upon entering Arabian Ranches, the general feel is that of a lush green suburban area with manicured gardens, tree lined walkways and a very homely atmosphere. The local shopping and community centres are always abuzz and the Arabian Ranches Golf Club is a highly popular choice with local golf enthusiasts. Venturing out of Arabian Ranches, one can easily reach Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall and even Ibn Battuta Mall in 25 minutes or less and with Dubai’s great roads and highways, this is very convenient.

Property investors who bought villas in Arabian Ranches have had no trouble finding tenants to fill their rental properties and those who have bought property to live in themselves enjoy the comfort and convenience of living in Arabian Ranches. So it’s clear that buying here is a worthwhile consideration. However like any big decision in life, buying a home is something that deserves extra thought, from deciding whether to invest or buy to live in, to finances which is another big consideration, to long term goals and plans in terms of residence in Dubai.
