Nada A.I visit family here often, and I love how calm the area is. It's like its own little bubble because although it's on the outskirts of the city, it has literally everything: a private beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and playgrounds, so you can feel the lively atmosphere. Some of the biggest perks here are the sea-view apartments and the proximity to Yas Island, which means you're only 10 - 15 minutes away from the best events and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Its remote location is the only downside, since you need at least 30 minutes to get to the city center and you definitely need a car to live here.

Nada A.Lovely cluster. The gym is excellent and very well-equipped. The pool and kids' playground are quite spacious, and everything you need is at your doorstep. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance. Many apartments have stunning sea views and the finishes are really nice. The only issue is that parking is hard to navigate.
