Nada A.I visit family here often, and I love how calm the area is. It's like its own little bubble because although it's on the outskirts of the city, it has literally everything: a private beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and playgrounds, so you can feel the lively atmosphere. Some of the biggest perks here are the sea-view apartments and the proximity to Yas Island, which means you're only 10 - 15 minutes away from the best events and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Its remote location is the only downside, since you need at least 30 minutes to get to the city center and you definitely need a car to live here.

ReidWe love living in this building. The windows are massive (floor to ceiling, wall to wall) so there is a lot of natural light. Fit and finish is pretty good too. The only issue is with the doors to the balcony - it's difficult to close them properly. Building neighbours are really nice - everyone says hello to one another in the lift and when outside, there's alway a small from someone. The pool is well maintained and never busy. The gym is well stocked and well maintained, but the location in the basement is a bit odd. Overall, we don't plan on leaving.
