The building is old and overpriced, there are a lot of new buildings in Dubai without bad smells, dripping water, etc. Good location but everyhing else is bad
AB Plaza 9
One of the best buildings on the properties. Al Baker Real Estate. Was associated with the chain of Al Baker Real Estate building for 14 years in one of their buildings (AB PLAZA#4). Maintenance is excellent and is immediately attended same day if possible but otherwise next day depending on the situation. The building is kept sparkly cleaned throughout the day by the cleaners who are always seen cleaning the floor, and walls, polishing lifts, clearing garbage, cleaning the basement, and biweekly washing the basement parking, diligent and exceptionally friendly security staff, etc and the real estate agent. No complaints as such. Best place within the rental slab. Was extremely difficult to vacate the place as I had to go back home.

Although the property is located in a nice neighborhood and has access to public transport etc, the maintenance is very poor and the management is unfriendly. There is no guest parking or even parking for children bikes. Rooms are spacious and with built in wardrobes but everything gets spoiled when it comes to poor maintenance

Spacious living room. Bedroom size is average. Kitchen is quite small. Big corridor. Big swimming pool. Cleaning and maintenance services are good. Not good quality flooring (uneven at many places) and painting. We have lived in single, double and three bedroom flats in this building for the last 14 years.

It’s used to be a good building but now with new management we have to wait for maintenance, swimming pool and gym remain closed most of the time.Maintenance team will not respond to your complaints.Not recommended at all.
