One of the best areas of Dubai - I lived here for around 4 years. Pretty good residential hub with many apartments and waterfront community. Easily accessible via Metro, couple of nearby attractions as well - Jameel Arts Centre, MBR Library etc. In short - a very easy to commute central location and quite ideal for young professionals and families. They even have a padel court and tennis court :D!

Great central location with very quick access to Downtown and Al Khail Road. The building is modern and the skyline views are a plus, but the immediate area is still developing, so it lacks a walkable neighborhood vibe.
