One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

Best Experience Luxurious amenities and very modern layouts. The tower has the most amazing furnished apartments, with high quality finish. If you want a hassle-free move-in experience, this is the best place. Right Choice I visited my friend in the building and was awestruck. Very neat and clean, well-kept pool and gym. The view from the apartment was incredible. Affordable and best value for money.
