It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.

I’ve been living here for 8 months now and here’s what’s great: - there’s free covered parking (boulevard parking) right next to the building, exit 3 brings you 50 meters to the door. - maintenance and reception are perfect, the building and corridors are chic and always clean -parking spaces are easy to park - the apartments are quite bright, finishing is high quality, flats are designed very user friendly - you have everything walking distance: spinneys, pharmacy, nail salon, boulevard restaurants, a cheeky monkey play area, the slide! Burj Park, coffee shops…
