The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

After the new exit access directly onto the bridge, entry and exit are a breeze, no need to touch the marina traffic. Great building, the views from the apartment, pool & gym are fantastic. In the heart of the buzz, without the excess luggage of overcrowding.

Very clean, beautiful lobby, beautiful gym, great pool, amazing staff. This is by far the best luxury building in Marina.
