There's a 24 hours supermarket right below the building, beach, marina, mall, and metro are within 5-10 minutes walk. The building is right at the turn from the highway so you don't get stuck in Marina traffic which is a huge plus!

AlexSince there is a new management there is a lot of improvement in the Escan tower. Due to the new exit road the traffic went much better.

NCRGreat and easy access from Sheik Sayed Road, better than average Marina area. Less than 100m access to a Marina walk to enjoy Marina and its views/vibes. Swimming pool great conditions with a friendly staff. It has a convenient supermarket on the ground floor. Elevators all functional and available, clean and well maintenance.
