Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

I was here for few weeks and was warmly welcomed by reception security they are very professional and very quick to solve the issues always first to greet whenever i pass from reception i feel am in heaven the way staff is treating extremely beyond the customer service special thanks to management for arranging such a nice staffs around .

The Good: Upgraded Gym, Relatively good in rain (just a few minor window leakages), upgraded lobby. traffic near property is actually not that bad for this building. The Bad: Lifts often brake and take ages to get fixed. Takes a long time to get up and down. no guest parking. noisy neighbours and noise from traffic and tram even at thr 40th floor. the maintenance team lives at the 44th floor and always travel up and down with the regular lifts.

This is an amazing building, my second home in dubai marina. Our room has 3 views, palm, jlt/marina, and Burj. So happy to live here, it’s clean high rise, good secured and a chill building. The best part you get a cab in less than 30 seconds outside your building. No more waiting for careem or to stop any cab. Nearby to 2 tram stations and Marina walk with pretty chill cafés and restaurants as well as 5-6 supermarkets.

The maintenance of this tower is one of the worst I've seen in Dubai. It's falling apart and it doesn't get fixed. There are a lot of dodgy people from un-reputable professions hanging out in the lobby.
