Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Having one bathroom per room is incredible. Additionally, there's a brand-new space featuring billiards, table tennis, dart games, and baby foot. The community is lush with greenery, and you enjoy direct access to the Marina, which is perfect. The elevators are equipped with screens displaying the building's amenities. The atmosphere is friendly, and the gym is exceptionally modern and new. This place offers fantastic value!

I love the entrance from the Marina promenade, so easy to go walking or running! Gym is new! Pool is new with a great garden with trees! There is a squash court and a basketball basket. Next to the tramway. Easy access to the beach!

One of the best Location tower in marina next to the JBR beach direct access . Super friendly security and staff. Amazing view to the sea and marina. Not crowded and super quiet for family living or alone. No traffic and noice rom the road. Fantastic pool, BBQ area and constant improvement by management of the building. Spacious gym with new equipment and always empty to exercise. Good quality of building and maintenance. The best choice for price value in the heart of marine next to the sea. Perfect for short stay and living due to privacy and location.

The swimming pool area is like an oasis with BBQs in the Marina with a lot of Palm trees and plants, so relaxing. The gym is new and fully equipped, potentially one of the the best in Marina as we speak. Guest can come and park inside as there are dedicated parkings for visitors. Easy to join the building by car as it is straight after the highway exit, not impacted by the traffic of the Marina. Staff is very friendly and the building is very clean. A super value for money as a living place and well located 5mn away from the beach.

Sheikh Zayed Road can be easily reached by car avoiding traffic during peak hours. The Tram station is 2 minutes by walk from the building. Nice new pool area with good sun exposure during the day, palm trees, grass, and other plants and 2 BBQ for residents. New lifts have been installed. The Gym has been fully renovated recently. Great place to live in the area.
