In general building is in good location, but there is constant noise inside of the apartment which never stops. Also non stop maintenance work in other apartments, constant drilling noise which is really loud. Traffic around this touristic place is non stop.

Excellent value for the quality and the location. Right opposite the beach with sunset views over the gulf. High quality finish compared to other buildings in JBR area.

Very nice tower with great staff (Maintenance, cleaning, security). Good facilities and great location for access to beach, Hotels and shops. Terrible 'humming' noise constantly and traffic can be very bad and loud
