Icon 1 is not dog friendly a lot of residents would shout at you when you go inside the elevator with your dog. I have had a lot of incidents when “apartment owners” would just shout at you inside the elevator eventhough you came there first
I lived in Icon Tower 1 with my family for 5 years, very good tower, and very good bulding managment, I think now after the construction in the next cluster had finished its even more convenient for families.
Really nice building. With a great managment team and security as well. They are always respond in case you need anything. Very important, they not allowing sharing. Mostly family lives inside. Apartment is very quiet, because of thick concrete walls. Cleanliness is at a high level...
I'm living in this tower for 3 years in a 1 bedroom apartment and I'm happy with icon 1 tower. what is special is the size of the rooms , which is considerable bigger than most of JLT towers . Quite spacious balconies as well. The gym is large and has a wide variety of fitness machines and swimming poll always clean. All the neighborhood buildings are finished that means no particular noise.
I am living in this tower for 3 years in a 1 bedroom apartment and I am happy with Icon1 Tower building. wonderful location ,amazing view on canal and burj khalifa, many resturants ,bars,supermarket ,5 stare hotel in the area , i love walking on canal side specially at night.
