Lived here for two years, and the location is hard to beat. I walk to the metro in five minutes, and I'm at my office before most people have finished parking. The tower has a decent gym, and the reception staff actually responds when you message them.

Skyline views are spectacular and having metro right outside makes car-free living genuinely possible. It's a commercial corridor at heart, don't expect a residential community vibe

Noisy building. The glass transfers all sorts of sounds. Impossible to find guest parking. The gym is ok, but that is about it.

The traffic in peak hours are the worst i have ever seen in Dubai.

The building is amazing. I'm talking about well maintained,great facilities and very professional reception team . Great experience comes with a 5star home.

I believe they deserve this, they have been helpful through out my 3 years stay in the tower, the staff has helped with every sort of issue. I will highly recommend this to anyone who is reading this.
