Have lived in this building for 3 years. It’s getting old and tired. Building need maintenance - limited hot water & pressure, AC issues.

Property I have is in 3rd floor 325 Arno the views. Building amenities is decent neat clean. Location is near to supermarket coffee shop as well as 10 min walk to metro. worst part is guest parking I mean my guest literally have to park km away.
