The company was founded by Dr. Susan Alshareef, who spent over a decade as a medical professional across Italy, Canada, and Dubai before making the move into real estate in 2017. That background shaped the way we work — methodical, honest, and genuinely focused on the outcome for the client rather than the commission. Since then, Dr. Susan has closed over AED 2 billion in transactions with some of Dubai's most respected developers, including ORA, DAMAC, Sobha Realty, Al Barari, and DAR Global.
