About Texture Properties

With a collective professional experience of three decades in industries ranging from textiles and aviation to trading and investments, the company’s founders were perfectly placed to set up Texture Holdings in 2003. Since its inception, Texture Holdings quickly gained its sterling reputation as one of the main real estate firms in UAE. By 2013, it had already consolidated assets of over AED 2.5 billion in property developments and land banks. Today, the Texture family boasts over 3,000 clients and more than 50 staff members.
