Our Story
Built by a Client, for Clients
Before founding The Property Boutique, we were the client — buying, selling, and leasing Dubai property as investors, working with the agencies everyone recommends.
The experience was always the same: attentive until the contract was signed, slower to reply with every passing week, never quite across the details that mattered to us. Nothing was wrong, exactly. But nothing was impeccable either.
So we built the firm we kept hoping to find. Intentionally small, deliberately attentive, with one team beside you from first search to long after handover — because here, the signed contract is where the relationship begins, not where it ends.
