Tap water is yellow on the first run of the faucet, after not using it for long hours. Pool has no temperature control. Always cold water. No gym, no playground, but advised that they will put when we moved in. Garbage shoot always locked! so all garbage are on the floor and it stinks! Smell of other apartments goes inside my house too. Good location anyway as it is in front of metro. but not worth it.
