Great Family oriented Community!
Well maintained garden with barbecue stands and a wonderful pool with pretty good play area. Never the less people are quite friendly!

Great place for your Home.
One of the best decision we took was to move in Masakin Al Furjan. Very few communities are so child friendly . Ample secured space for children to play in open area. Great infrastructure . Simply Amazing.

Great place to live and invest
MAF is unique Being gated community (safe and secure), family friendly, pet friendly, well managed and maintained development common areas, 24/7 security and reception services, has spacious apartments (Half of which have garden/pool view), has huge covered parking area for residents in the basement (keep cars protected from sun heat and weather conditions), has big common garden (includes green areas, children play areas, barbecue areas, seating benches, etc), close to Jebel Ali and other free zones (Dubai Marina, JBR, DIC, DMC, Knowledge Village etc), surrounded by multiple shopping malls/landmarks (Ibn Battuta Mall, Festival Plaza Mall, IKEA, ACE, etc), EXPO, near to Enoc petrol station that hosts “Tasjeel” car testing and registration service, adjacent to Al Furjan Metro Station (Route 2020), served by RTA bus service, easy to access with multiple entry and exit points (To/from Shaikh Zayed Road, Mohamed Bin Zayed Road, Al Yalayis Road, Garn Alsabkha Road), located in Al Furjan where Arbor School is, expected Arcadia school to open in less than 2 years, and is very close to schools of other nearby communities (DIP, Gardens, Tecom, etc), etc.

Detailed Review
Maintenance: This is Nakheel development so you pay for any maintenance. Nakheel doesn't want to know who pays as long as it's not them! Staff / Security: Kind of idol and only watch the barrier. They are not active as in controlling noise or other social misbehavior Gym / pool: It is paid, membership. Since it is not free. So ranking is zero Children friendly: Ver nice park for children Noise in and around the property: extremely bad as the park is surrounded by the building in a circular shape. So all the noises bounceback to the buildings. Traffic near the property: Zero traffic. accessing the community is extremely easy at all time. Guest parking: BAD BAD BAD there are less than 20 or 25 visitors parking for over 300 flats and all occupied by residents. So Good luck finding parking!!!!

Best Family Community
- Gated community. - Very safe. Security at gate, building entrance and patrol 24/7. Entry to community, building and parking with entry card. Security cameras everywhere in the community. - Big park which include play area for the kids and place for barbecue. Very safe for kids. - Health club. Gym and swimming pole. - Grocery and saloon inside the community. - 2 parking slots for each apartment in the basement with extra parking outside the buildings. - Storage in the basement available. - Walking distance to two metro stations. - Easy access to Shk. Zaid and Shk. Mohammed bin Zaid roads. - Two nearby pavilions. - Close to Ibn Battuta mall. - Green community. - Good maintenance 24/7.
