The Building located just perfectly - 5 mins to metro Dubai Internet City
Tecom area is great for singles and families, you have many shops and lovely restaurants around.
Jabboor is a lovely Lebanese restaurant just in the building as well as a little cozy supermarket downstairs, which can make delivery to your door.
Swimming pool on the roof top and amazing view on the sunset from your terrace.
Such a place to enjoy.
