Amazing location, Good for young people
The building location is amazing.. Access to any part of town is very easy almost never get into traffic. Great connection with AlKhail Road and over Business bay bridge 7 min to Jumeirah. Pool is amazing, and there is kids pool as well. Views on the Burj Kalifa side are amazing.. Noise tends to be very bad as there is barbeque area that is always full of young people and loud music, Al Khail side has is loud due to the road underneath.

Good Location
Tower is along the Dubai Water canal and quick accessibility to Alkahil road and very near to Down Town Dubai. Building has good amenities, well maintained building with lowest service fee.

Spacious apartments with great views
Great location, close to most attractions and businesses. Great access to highways traveling both north or south. Friendly staff. Liked the pool area and the view of the Burj Khalifa. Great double glazed windows, we couldnt hear the traffic at all. Guest parking could be improved a little.

Excellent position in Business bay
the building has everything Great views of Burj Khalifa. The canal views are superb To the side window you have the wild life sanctuary. At night the city view is amazing . the communal pool and BBQ areas are a major plus.

Has its ups and downs
The good: - It is located in the best possible spot across Business Bay canal, where it widens into a lake. The units ending with 01, 02, 03, 04 are two bedrooms and 05 and 06 are 1 bedrooms overlooking the lake, with an unrivalled Burj Khalifa and Business Bay canal view. - Staff are helpful and friendly - Amenities like the gym and pool are quite good. - Dubai Mall is less than 20 minutes away on foot. - Very easy to reach, almost never gets affected by traffic. The bad: - As of Feb 2017, it has a construction adjacent to the building to its southwest and across the lake to its northeast. At times, it may get super noisy. - If you don't have a car, you're going to have a tough time as the nearest minimart is 500 metres away. The nearest large market is across the lake (app. 8 minutes of walking distance). The management said there is going to be a minimart added to the building by March 2017. Other than that, there is nothing at all nearby. It's a lonely tower. - There are no power outlets in the bathrooms and they are a plain, ugly white with no decorations whatsoever. They are also quite small with no storage space at all, not even around the sink itself. -No built in wardrobes, no fridge, no oven, no washing machine. You have to buy these all. - Guest parking is always a hassle. - The absolute worst part: Nowhere to put a dishwasher. I mean... come on, it's 2017!

location, location, location!
Very nice bright and cozy apartments, the right sized swimming pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa, an excellent location close to Dubai Mall, 15 min driving to the airport, good maintenance

Home away from home
Very nice garden close to every thing in town. Friendly team
