Abhi S.Damac Hills feels like a completely different side of Dubai compared with most of the city. It’s very green, calm, and feels a lot more family‑centric and pet‑friendly than the busier urban areas. The community is well kept, security feels solid, and there’s a real effort put into maintenance and standard of life around you. It’s definitely a car‑dependent place. There’s no metro access nearby, so commuting to central areas easily takes 30 to 40 minutes on most days, and getting around without a car isn’t very realistic. The villas and townhouses are spacious, many with golf or landscaped views, which makes the whole area feel open and relaxed. Overall, Damac Hills gives off a calm, green, residential vibe that feels very different from the busier parts of Dubai.

AnnaI have been living in this building for 2 years. 2 years ago Damac began construction of a Community center. Construction has not yet been completed. For electricity, Damac uses noisy generators that operate around the clock. Damac ignores all complaints. Therefore, if you are looking for a quiet place to live, then this building is not your choice.
