Central Park Residential Tower

Great building, gym and pool are resort like and with Spinneys and Starbucks in the building along with Fogo and Barry's it's so convenient. Management are not great when it comes to repair work and the carpark often floods from the pool. Common areas are getting a bit tired and grubby but otherwise a great building.

Well located and generally well served by amenities including a Spinneys. The major problem at weekends is the ridiculous level of noise emanating from Fogo de Chao, the Brazilian restaurant located at podium level, neither security not the building management seem to be able to stop the music which regularly goes on until 2am on Saturday mornings.

the apartments are great, ultra high end quality. facilities are great. Restaurants, coffee shops ( caffe frei is my favourite). Spinneys, barry s boot camp. A must

The best building in DIFC. Amazing apartments with Marble floors, very modern kitchen and bathroom. 25 meters outdoor pool with Burj khalifa view. 5 minutes walk from Dubai mall. Spinney's in the building with Barry's boot camp.

Swimming pool leaked into parking garage. Only 1 parking for 2 bed. No guest parking. Drain/sewage smell.

The building is always clean, thanks to the exceptional and super friendly staff

Need better maintenance and cleaning

Amazing room at downtown Dubai. Great facilities with gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi. Very friendly staff and security. I really like the area quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic building, a 10/10 if it werent for the traffic getting here and going in circles for parking
