Pretty good location and easy access to JBR. Quite spacious but facilities getting very old, air con not good enough and lifts dont ever work properly.

Great location, amazing views of Dubai Marina and Sea partial Palm, easy access from/to the main roads and high way. Overall great choice for Residents and Tourists

Friendly neighborhood building with direct access to both the Marina Walk and JBR Walk and BEACH; within 2 minutes on Sheikh Zayed Road. Pool is good, Gym is huge with Marina views. There's a free to use toddler play room too. attentive facility management team, receptionists and security on hand for all your needs.

Location wise this is a great building... easy approach from the last entry into the marina. Facilities are good... not excellent... but better than many other buildings. Tower is not too high which I find a plus and the proximity to the beach and JBR is a big bonus.
