Manchester Tower

I lived there for a year, in that time, the pool cooler broke down, the lifts broke down, the windows let in kilograms of dust and noise... but not much light because they weren't cleaned once. Not once. In a whole year. My parking space was consistently occupied as security were incapable of keeping track of who was coming or going, and at the end of it all, the agency I used disappeared off the face of the earth along with my agent - who has since surfaced and is operating on his site, beware - and my deposit. If you're considering staying there, ask a lot of questions and make sure you get answers.

The building is clean. Everyday life issues. Reasonably clean. Security guards are a rather supportive in its true sense. Pool is cool but small with life guard. Card access to amenities. Go up b4 11am to find a spot for you tan. Apartments size is average and for a 3 bedroom you would pay 125-135 facing Sh. Zaayed road with side view of Marina from balcony. Lived here for 3 years and no regrets even with kids cause beach is 10 minutes
