Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

The building is quite nice, pool and gym are great and staff is very friendly. However, If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is simply not it. This building is located on one of Marina's busiest streets. Its very difficult to sleep at night due to the constant car honks and speed car sounds. JBR traffic is a killer. ZERO sound insulation, you can hear everything through those windows. And if you want to isolate the windows, well you have to pay for it yourself. We have complained so many times, and nothing was done about this issue.

Great residence in Dubai Marina: - Very well located 5 minutes walk from JBR Beach and close to Marina Mall. - Great management by Emaar, all the staff is kind and effective. - Infinity swimming pool with a beautiful view on the Marina. - Calm & clean tower, no noise inside and smells good inside. We feel at home in the first seconds in the residence. Keep up the great work!

This is probably the best property for an active person as it is so accessible to so many areas in walking distance like the beach, the marina walk, marina mall, and all the restaurants and shops on the beach front. The second floor of the main building has access to the gym, pool and parking and the staff and security have always been very kind and attentive.

Footsteps from the beach and all important amenities including the tram. There is a 24 hour convenience store (Zoom) just below the building which is a life saver. The building is well maintained and nicely designed with plenty of space in the common areas and the gym, pool, etc. One of the best Emaar-built developments in Dubai!
