Skyview Tower

The building is good for tourists as most of the apartments are on Air BNB and likes. Great location for tourists but not a place for the family and the ones who wants to stay for long. In and out from the building is a menace. Maintenance is poor.

The building is superbly located with easy access; however, the only drawback is the limited availability of guest parking but now they are offering more guest parkings

The building is very good and Family oriented 5 Min walk from beach Restaurant on Ground Floor The apartment was very specious.

I absolutely love the location. So close to the beach, great restaurants and the best that Marina has to offer. The tower is only 15 minutes walking distance from the metro station making it easy to commute around Dubai. The apartments are very well designed with straight corners, lots of living space and high ceilings. I always stay here when in Dubai

Generally speaking it's a nice building to live in, except some of the facilities they are a bit old school (gym needs to be bigger, replace the sun-chairs...). The staff is friendly but not really helpful when it comes to big issues. Child friendly, haven't seen pets yet

The building needs a lot of maintenance and the traffic, parking and noise is almost unbearable. The management company are very difficult to deal with.

This building is very nice place to live , walking to the beach and to JBR . Far from traffic nice pool and gym . Maintenance is ok and so the security.

This building is well maintained. Security is strict and this is ok for me . Swimming pool is good and so is the gym. Access in and out from Sheik Zayed Road isn't that bad for being in Dubai Marina. The beach and JBR is just a 5 min walk. The bad point is that there isn't any guest parking.

While it is is a good location there is a constant battle with traffic just trying to get in. Restaurant downstairs seem to think that they own the whole building, constant queues of restaurant visitors fighting it out with valet and residents, police called on many occasions. Horrible noise from passing traffic at all hours made worse by the poor sound proofing of the building and glazing. Now the new mosque adds to this. Very difficult to get a decent nights sleep and this is most definitely not a well managed or maintained building. Fire alarms not installed or faulty. Water heaters blowing up and leaking. The Security company and extremely unhelpful and confiscate visitors ID's, there is not parking for visitors either. All in all a poor experience in an over valued building full of problems.

Area is good,beach is just a few minutes walk
