The building is nice. Decent finishing, has adequate amenities. The building management on the other hand is ridiculous. They change policies every week, every other week there is some water leak or break down, sometimes the elevators stop working all of a sudden. They claim to put notices in advance, putting a notice in the elevator the same day you will disrupt water supply is not an appropriate advance notice. Then there are the access cards. At first you could enter the building with a remote for the car park, all of a sudden they eliminated the remotes and switched over to access cards. I would be ok with that if it were only for entry, but really, where in the world does a residential building require you to swipe your access card upon entry and exit. All in all, poor management but decent building in terms of finishing. Probably won't be renewing my contract though.

Disadvantage: Very small apartment, bad smell, leaking ceiling, water heater broke after 10 months of exploiting. Advantage: Area, lots of shops, children friendly, amazing pool, gyms Conclusion: nice from outside, not so good from inside, if it was at least 100sq f bigger might stay for another year, but afraid that another year squeezing in there will make me claustrophobic.
