The Maintenance is horrible , they send unprofessional people to fix it , and they always promise and never come .One problem in sewage took them 3 month to fix after 4 try ? you cant bring someone form outside as per management role but the same team who dont know the work will ( for few Dirhams ) will come after work hour or even inside to fix your problem very easily although they them self cam e earlier and said they cant ???????

The finish in kitchen and bathrooms are good, layout good, but communal pool needs to be looked after better, it is always green, not enough chairs. Parking system not good, one day you have to use remote control to get into car park, the next day you have to use card.
