Great for families and kids
Good play area for kids under the building where kids gather from different towers to play together Accessible to super market Al Maya (same building), Nursery and Clinic and Pharmacy. It gives families a comfortable life. Also accessible to 3 main highways.

Not suitable for families
Building is full of singles who share rooms, at times with 4 or 5 people in an apartment. Swimming pool and gym access is not properly controlled and are used by non-residents. Lifts have issues and sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to go up or down. I'm leaving very very soon...

Stylish architecture and friendly location
Approaching silicon gates the design of the building stands out, such an iconic building at the entry to silicon oasis. The stunning design is matched by friendly and helpful maintenance staff and excellent amenities in the building complex and nearby. Almaya 24 hour supermarket within the complex means grocery shopping is simple and convenient

Stunning apartment block with amazing architectural designs
The apartment is beautifully laid out, the staff maintain it very well, and the area is well provided with shops and restaurants. The gardens would really benefit from a few more plants to make it a little greener
