If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable living inside Dubai with easy access to South and North dubai , this building is highly recommended especially if you are able to get a golf view apartment. The price per sq.ft is still attractive compared to the off plan rates...

Living areas are quite big Common areas are clean The walls are extremely thin and therefore everything can be heard in the apartments next door and above - TV, music, noise, talking, shouting etc Guest parking is poor Central AC which makes it quite cold and cannot be controlled.
