This will give the feel of Dubai blending the old Dubai with the modern ones.
Excellent Area/Facilities
The area is perfect, right across from the Dubai Mall. The building is kept immaculately clean by the staff and they seem to be very nice people. Overall, I would rate this building and complex as one of the top ones to live in all of Dubai
No gym
In such an expensive compound You would expect a gym, like in the rest of Dubai. Many units are quite dark, do not get much sunlight.
