Great place to live, with a few caveats

This place has the best views in Dubai, a beautiful beach, free open parking, a great supermarket and two nice restaurants. Before you move in, through, you need to know that your guests will be charged 100 AED/day each to use the beach and pool and that the humidity in summer will require that you buy a large de-humidifier.
