Very nice neighborhood
Children friendly and nice. There is a mall, supermarkets and restaurants. I recommend it.
The best shoreline experience
Right next to the Nakheel mall, Al-Ittihad Park and golden mile galleria, this has to be one of the best-placed shoreline buildings in terms of access to facilities. The park facing properties have the benefit of no road noise & parkland views. Nakheel security and facilities management is excellent and the place is beautiful and well maintained. You have your choice of shoreline beach (East side) or West Beach for a spectacular evening sunset, drinks, dining and general strolling experience. Highly recommended.
The best in Dubai
I have lived in this building for 2 years and experienced the best of Dubai style , it will be even better after the mall opening.
