What Residents say about Al Tayer Building
Lived here for two years, and the location is hard to beat. I walk to the metro in five minutes, and I'm at my office before most people have finished parking. The tower has a decent gym, and the reception staff actually responds when you message them.

Skyline views are spectacular and having metro right outside makes car-free living genuinely possible. It's a commercial corridor at heart, don't expect a residential community vibe

A lot of green space. Ideal if you like to take walks along the lake. Plenty of malls around the area.
