**Fully Operational Grocery Available for Management or Rent – AED 18,000 per Month**

A great opportunity to manage or rent a running and operational grocery store located inside Floria Residence, a closed gated residential community on Maliha Road, Sharjah.

The grocery is currently operating and is the only grocery store inside the community, giving the business direct access to all residents without another grocery operating within the development.

The community currently consists of 15 residential buildings, with 415 families living inside the gated community, representing around 1,500 residents.

The community is also expected to grow further, with more than 600 additional employees expected to live within the community over the coming two years, providing further potential to increase the grocery’s customer base and sales.

The grocery is fully set up and ready for immediate takeover. The shop has a practical layout with existing display shelves, counters, refrigerators, freezers, racks and other necessary grocery equipment and fixtures.

The business currently generates **average daily sales of approximately AED 2,500–3,000** .For an experienced grocery operator, there is good potential to improve the product range, and overall sales.
