Retail Spaces for rent in The Curve

We're in Al Khail Heights, and it's much calmer than people expect from Al Quoz. Kids play outside, the pools are kept clean, and security actually calls before letting anyone up. We're 15 minutes from almost everything in Dubai.

It is a somewhat industrial area with heavy traffic during rush hours. It is also not very family-friendly, and the noise level can be quite high.

The bedrooms are big and a lot of parking for visitors. The park is nearby with volleyball and basketball courts. What i like the most is they've added some public sports equipment. There is a nearby mall for groceries. And now they are now building the public recreation area.
