Key Findings:
- May 2022 had 6,652 sales transactions worth AED 18.4 billion
- May 2022 witnessed the highest number of sales transactions for the month of May in the past decade
- May sales transaction volume increased by 51.60 percent and value increased by 66.14 percent, year-on-year
- In terms of volume, around 58.55 percent of sales transactions were in the secondary/ready market and 41.45 percent were in the off-plan market.
