Dubai October 2022: The Official Sales Price Index
• The overall monthly Index recorded 1.371 and an index price of AED 1,327,832.
• Apartments monthly Index recorded 1.459 and an index price of AED 1,256,067.
• Villas/Townhouses monthly Index recorded 1.355 and an index price of AED 2,190,569.

Key Findings:
October 2022 had 8,816 transactions worth AED 25.83 billion.
Year-on-Year increase in sales value by 97.91 percent, and an increase in sales volume by 66.62 percent.
46.26 percent of sales transactions were in the secondary/ready market, and 53.74 percent were off-plan in terms of volume.
Year to date, 61.36 percent increase in sales transactions in terms of volume, and 80.77 percent increase in terms of value compared to the same period in 2021.
