• Overall quarterly index recorded 1.513 and an index price of AED
1,400,999.
• Apartments quarterly Index recorded 1.620 and an index price of
AED 1,355,631.
• Villas/Townhouses quarterly index recorded 1.363 and an index
price of AED 2,335,965.
