• Apartments monthly Index recorded 1.686 and an index price of
AED 1,411,717.
• Villas/Townhouses monthly Index recorded 1.559 and an index
price of AED 2,615,245.

market, and 53.86% were in the off-plan market in terms of
volume.
• Year to date, October 2023 witnessed a 40.02% increase in
sales transactions in terms of volume and a 56.18% increase
in terms of value compared to the same period in 2022.
