• Overall quarterly Index recorded 1.558 and an index price of AED
1,432,776.
• Apartments quarterly Index recorded 1.679 and an index price of
AED 1,393,949.
• Villas/Townhouses quarterly Index recorded 1.446 and an index
price of AED 2,477,541.
