• Villas/Townhouses monthly index recorded 1.740 and an index price of AED 2,984,304.
• Overall quarterly index recorded 1.71 and an index price of AED 1,534,768.
• Apartments quarterly Index recorded 1.851 and an index price of AED 1,504,979.
• Villas/Townhouses quarterly index recorded 1.704 and an index price of AED 2,922,628.
