Al Zorah Development Company Limited P.S.C. was formed on October 31, 2007, through a partnership between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International. The main goal of this company is to handle all activities related to developing Al Zorah City.
In 2008, His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid El Nuaimi, the ruler of Ajman, declared Al Zorah as a Freehold and Free Zone area through an Amiri decree.
Covering 5.4 million square meters of untouched coastal land with creeks and mangrove forests, Al Zorah is an escape from stressful city life. The community opens its arms to those looking for new homes, a peaceful holiday, or a profitable investment.
