Exclusive | Lake View | Fully Upgraded and Extended

I have been living in Meadows 8, since handover from Emaar, realy good community, very clean, no street noise at all,, a lake on one side and the pool and park with children playgroung on the other side. It happened that I wrote a complaint re some kind of flying insects that bother us at the begining of this winter, when sitting in the garden, the service provider came the next day to spray pesticide and solved the issue. Have been living here for a few years in a Hattan overlooking the lake. It's a peaceful, well maintained community perfect for families yet a short drive to the beach, marina, Media City etc. The Hattan villas have a much higher finish than the standard Meadows villas with higher spec floors, kitchens, bathrooms and pools. Though not cheap, the Meadows versions are less expensive & better value than in The Lakes.
