We are staying in New Muweilah Commercial for more than 1year now. We love this community! Even this is outside Dubai, you will enjoy the community. My kids really enjoy the community park and there’s a lot of amazing coffeeshops and restaurants here, pharmacies and groceries are available too! Traffic will be there, especially near Nesto and Safari Mall and more on weekends. No pool. Rent price is ok. Good for family. Not noisy. Parking is good.
