Sama Residence

The building is old and overpriced, there are a lot of new buildings in Dubai without bad smells, dripping water, etc.

Good location but everyhing else is bad

I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing in this apartment. Not only did they unjustly increase the rent with minimal notice, but the building was infested with roaches, making it an unpleasant living environment. The gym equipment was outdated and poorly maintained, reflecting the overall neglect of the property. The piping system consistently caused issues, leading to frequent disruptions. To make matters worse, the owner displayed a blatant disregard for tenant concerns, showcasing a level of ignorance that made the living situation even more frustrating. Steer clear of this place if you value your peace of mind and comfort.

Adding to the list of grievances, the elevator in the building was poorly maintained and often dirty, creating an inconvenience for residents. The hallways were filled with disruptive kids, making it difficult for others to enjoy a peaceful living space. The promised spa and sauna amenities were consistently out of order, and the pool resembled more of a health hazard than a leisure spot due to its dirty conditions. The overall lack of maintenance and disregard for resident comfort in this apartment complex is disheartening.

Spacious living room. Bedroom size is average. Kitchen is quite small. Big corridor. Big swimming pool. Cleaning and maintenance services are good. Not good quality flooring (uneven at many places) and painting. We have lived in single, double and three bedroom flats in this building for the last 14 years.

Al Nahda

Al Nahda has everything you need inside the area, it is densely packed with many people living there. Certain locations in Al Nahda are much better than other specially in terms of connectivity, how close you are to a bus station is very important.

Living in Al Nahda depends on your priorities and lifestyle but if you pick the right building you will have a good time here

All amenities nearby like restaurants, malls, hospitals. Family friendly, many parks for kids.
