Im living in this building and I don't want to leave: the view on the mangrove is stunning and the community is quiet and friendly!

I bought a flat and it is still a nightmare. AC bad smell due to raiser duct opening in false ceiling directly affecting AC RETURN to the FCUs. DAMAC Charged me CHILLED WATER And meter cost and deposit twice first before handover for previous years consumption and then by ASTA before connecting chilled water. Fire alarm is out of control and noise coming 2 am in the morning and during the day. Management unable to impose policy in corridor and tenant keeping item in corridors. The worst building ever seen
