Dubai Studio: City Views, Pool & Gym Access

I've been living in this building for the past two years and I can vouch for it as it is very well located (2 mins to metro station/bus, taxis available 24/7), close to supermarkets, schools and hospitals. The building itself is very well maintained with many recent upgrades such as kids play area, gym, lobby, etc. The staff is kind and helpful.

Location (5/5):nThe property's location is a standout feature. It's incredibly convenient, situated just 5 mins away from the metro station. Whether you rely on public transport or own a car, this location makes commuting a breeze.nnMaintenance & Security (4.5/5):nThe maintenance and security services here are top-notch. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the common areas clean and well-maintained. nnGym Facilities (5/5):nFor fitness enthusiasts, the gym facilities here would definitely be pleasing. They're well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stick to a fitness routine.nnPool (3/5):nWhile the pool is a nice addition, I must admit it's not the most impressive feature. It's decent but could certainly be improved for a more enjoyable experience.nnChildren's Play Area (2/5):nOne notable drawback is the absence of a dedicated children's play area. If you have kids, you might need to get creative in finding activities for them.nnNoise from Empower Station (3/5):nOne aspect to consider is the proximity to the Empower station. While it doesn't disrupt daily life, there are occasional noisy moments that can be a bit bothersome.

Very nice building, location , Gym, no traffic , security team , maintance team.

I lived in Madison for 7 years, pool and gym are great Proximity from everywhere is a plus

Good place to live in , very good gym and pool, Higher floors are better than low ones
